Dennis Bailey is a contemporary, abstract painter who works with oils. He has been painting for many years and is constantly inspired by nature; the colours, textures, trees and light around us when we walk into a wood or stop to appreciate the beauty of nature. His popular canvases provide a contemporary backdrop or a dramatic centre-piece to modern homes.

Dennis has worked as a gardener for most of his life; enjoying the feeling of working with his hands. He has studied art since childhood and his favourite painters include Aseln Kiefer, Cy Twombly and Gerhard Richter He now paints full-time from his home in West London, UK. He is originally a Londoner but his travels to Egypt, Kenya, Thailand and many other exotic destinations have inspired his work.
